Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Canada (Domestic):
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–4 business days
United States:
- Standard International: 7–14 business days
- Express International: 3–6 business days
International:
- Standard shipping via Canada Post: 10–21 business days
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Shipping Delays ToroGlow Lighting is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier disruptions beyond our control.
